I. In accordance with the "112 Taipei City Children and Adolescents Health Promotion and Health Education Service Plan" of this Bureau.

II. To provide adolescents with professional medical information, strengthen their participation in healthcare decision-making provided by medical institutions, protect and respect personal privacy, and reduce medical embarrassment, this Bureau cooperates with the Health Promotion Administration, Ministry of Health and Welfare, to organize the "Adolescent-Friendly Healthcare Institution" certification. A total of 6 institutions in this city have passed the certification, in order of passing the certification time: Taipei City Hospital, Heping Fuyou Branch, National Taiwan University Hospital, Mackay Children's Hospital, Taipei City Hospital, Zhongxiao Branch, Taipei City Hospital, Yangming Branch, and Shipei Zheng Psychiatry Clinic, which is the highest number in Taiwan.

III. To help adolescents in this city further understand the functions of "Adolescent-Friendly Healthcare Institutions," the following activity is specially organized:

(I) Target audience: Upper elementary school, junior high school, and high school (vocational) students in Taipei City.

(II) Activity period: From September 26, 112 to October 25, 112.

(III) Activity method: On the activity website (URL: https://reurl.cc/m0DvpY), understand adolescent-friendly healthcare service issues through short videos and online articles, and then fill in basic information and feedback on the Google form to participate in the lucky draw. (IV) Prizes: 7-11 gift cards worth NT$1,000 (8 winners).

IV. Announcement date of winners: Scheduled to be announced before November 8, 112 (any changes will be notified separately).

We kindly request your school to assist in posting it on the school website and forwarding it to class LINE groups.
