[Five-Year Junior College Full Exemption Admission] will be piloted from the 113 academic year.Graduating junior high school students can only apply to 1 department of 1 recruiting school, and must be registered collectively by their junior high school.

Registration Notes:
1. Recruiting Schools: Including National Taitung Junior College and other 28 schools, offering 126 departments and 1,793 slots for independent recruitment.
2. Department Quotas: Each school only opens some departments and quotas. Please refer to each school's prospectus.
3. Score Calculation Items (Total 48 points):
  (1) Common: Diverse learning performance (15 points), Balanced learning (28 points).
  (2) School-specific conditions (5 points), please refer to each school's prospectus.

★Students who wish to apply must submit their applications collectively through the school. Please pay attention and comply, late submissions will not be accepted:
1. Fill out the blank application form:
  (1) Please download and print from the recruiting school's prospectus.
  (2) Attach a photocopy of the front of your ID card.
  (3) Parent and student signatures.

2.School collection deadline: From now until May 2 (Thursday) at 4:00 PM.
  (1) Submit the application form and special status supporting documents (if any).
  (2) Other materials to be submitted according to school-specific conditions (see prospectus): such as proof of completion of vocational education courses, autobiography, etc.
  (3) Common score supporting documents will be printed by the registration office when submitting the application form and attached to the back of the application form.
