I. In accordance with the National Science and Technology Museum's letter dated May 9, 113, Ref. No. 1136360760.
II. The aforementioned public welfare learning activity will be held from now until November 30 of this year (113). The eligible participants are:
(I) Students from vocational high schools, junior high schools, and elementary schools in non-metropolitan, non-suburban, and remote areas.
(II) Students from vocational high schools, junior high schools, and elementary schools affiliated with government-registered public and private children and youth social welfare organizations and related units.
III. If your school is interested in applying, please fill out the following information first and send it via email to the National Science and Technology Museum's mailbox: elaine@mail.nstm.gov.tw, or mail it via registered post (postmark will be the basis for mailing):
(I) Activity plan application form.
(II) Student visit roster.
(III) Envelope cover for mailing the hands-on material package and the pre-visit survey for group visits.
(IV) If applying for this program under the name of a social welfare organization, in addition to the aforementioned documents (application form, student visit roster, envelope cover for mailing the hands-on material package, and pre-visit survey for group visits), please also provide copies of the applicant organization's registration certificate, articles of association, and other relevant documents, one copy of each, as proof.
IV. Upon receipt of the application materials, the museum will review them on a first-come, first-served basis, and approval will be based on the completeness and order of the application materials. Funds are limited and will be allocated until depleted.
