I.In accordance with the letter No. 113007 from the Derong Social Welfare Foundation, Taipei, dated October 1, 113.榮社字第113007號函辦理。

II. The aforementioned foundation expanded the scope of the "Derong Youth Education Project" in the 111 academic year.Students approved by the foundation as "Derong Youth" will receive scholarships each semester,and will be provided with volunteers,caregivers, or mentors to provide regular tutoring and holistic support for their lives outside of school.

III. The application is open to elementary school (5th and 6th grade), junior high school, high school/vocational school, and 5-year junior college (1st, 2nd, and 3rd grade) students who are affected by family economic disadvantage in their studies.六年級）、國中、高中職、五專（一、二、三年級）在學學生。

IV.
