I. In accordance with the Taipei City Government's 113th Year Public Service Talent Cultivation and Development Plan.

II. The purpose of organizing this training session is to enable colleagues in our government to possess innovative knowledge of net-zero technology and engineering creative value in "green, intelligent, and healthy" construction (details in Attachment 1 - Training Session Information).

III. All personnel from various agencies and schools who are not designated for mandatory training are welcome to register for this session. Personnel departments of agencies and schools are requested to complete the registration for the first session of the "Industry Low-Carbon Energy Saving Training Course" by November 25th through the "Physical Training Session Personnel Login System" (URL: https://dcsdcourse.taipei.gov.tw/personnel_login.php).

IV. The training session information (Attachment 1) will be sent via email to trainees and the personnel departments of your agencies. Please pay close attention. To avoid any transmission omissions, please have the personnel departments of your agencies forward the training information to the trainees.

V. Participants who attend the entire training session will be awarded 6 hours of environmental education credit (holders of valid environmental education personnel certifications can also use this for extension credits); public servants will also be awarded lifelong learning hours.

VI. Lecture notes will be available in the Physical Training Session Zone. Trainees can log in to "Taipei e-Learning" - "Physical Training Session Zone" - "29 Trainee Zone" - "29C Lecture Notes Download" to browse or download before the class. Lecture notes will not be provided on the day of the class.
