為便民服務，環管署提供民眾檢舉陳情環境污染情事，包含免付費電話（0800066666）、公害陳情網路受理系統、手機公害報報APP、書面、電子郵件、傳真等多元陳情管道；又為落實兒童及青少年知悉該類權益，故於113年起新增「公害污染陳情網路受理系統－兒少版」提供介紹及小遊戲等內容，期透過寓教於樂落實環境教育（連結如下：https://ww3.moenv.gov.tw/Public/Child.aspx），歡迎運用。
