Administrative Announcement
Announcement: The sidewalks surrounding the 'Taipei Grand Mosque' and the 'Guiyang Building of the 202nd Command of the Military Police' will be designated as a complete no-smoking zone starting from August 1, 2025.

一、依據行政程序法第154條第1項及菸害防制法第19條第1項第 4款規定辦理。
二、為維護民眾不吸二手菸之健康權益，建構戶外無菸環境， 衛生局依據菸害防制法第19條第1項第4款規定，公告「台北 清真寺」(臺北市大安區新生南路2段62號)、「憲兵第二０ 二指揮部所屬貴陽大樓」(臺北市中正區貴陽街1段 54號) 之周邊人行道，自114年8月1日起為全面禁止吸菸場所。
三、屆時違反規定於上開禁菸場所吸菸者，將依菸害防制法第 40條第2項規定，處新臺幣2,000元以上1萬元以下罰鍰。本 案另載於衛生局網站(網址:https://health.gov.taipei)公 告網頁。
