The plan targets students in grades 4 to 9. Schools can integrate relevant in-school courses to encourage student participation. Participants will upload their inquiry learning content, complete their project inquiry reports, and decide whether to participate in subsequent competitions according to the plan's stages. The plan schedule is as follows:

(1) Online registration: January 12 to March 3, 115 (Registration website: https://eliteracy.twnread.org.tw/).

(2) Announcement of registered participants: March 5, 115.

(3) Student inquiry period: March 6 to June 10, 115.

(4) Preliminary review and announcement of results: Preliminary review will be conducted from June 11 to June 25, 115. Preliminary results will be announced on the website on June 26, 115.

(5) Physical finals: July 22 to July 23, 115.
