I. In accordance with the "115th Taipei City Junior and Senior High School Crosstalk Competition Implementation Plan" of this Bureau.

 II. To promote the traditional crosstalk performing art, enhance the Chinese language proficiency of junior and senior high school students in this city, and improve students' crosstalk performance and appreciation abilities, this Bureau has entrusted Daan Elementary School and Shidong Elementary School to undertake the aforementioned activity. III. Competition Information: 

(I) Competition Date: July 2, 2026 (Thursday) and July 3, 2026 (Friday). 

(II) Competition Venue: 4th Floor, Activity Center, Daan Elementary School, Taipei City.

(III) Competition Theme and Participants: 

1. Group A (Junior high school grades 7-9, equivalent to GRADE7~ GRADE9 in international schools): Topics related to multiculturalism.

 2. Group B (Elementary school grades 4-6, equivalent to GRADE4~ GRADE6 in international schools): Topics related to campus safety and friendliness. 

3. Group C (Elementary school grades 1-3, equivalent to GRADE1~ GRADE3 in international schools): No theme limitation (principles of healthy and positive themes for expression.) 

(IV) Registration Method: Please have the person in charge of each school register on the "115th Crosstalk Competition Special Zone Website": http://app.stps.tp.edu.tw/crosstalk/.

 (V) Registration Process: 

1. Register on the website from May 4, 2025 (Monday) to May 11, 2025 (Monday) at 4:00 PM, and upload the stamped registration form (color scanned electronic file) and the work authorization and student name authorization consent form (pdf electronic file) before May 18, 2025 (Monday) to complete the procedure. 

2. Upload the complete script (pdf format) before June 18, 2025 (Friday).
