I. School Registration and Submission Deadline: (Please note the registration time, late submissions will not be accepted)
(1) Time: May 14, 2026 (Thu) to May 20, 2026 (Wed) 16:00, late submissions will not be accepted
(2) Location: Counseling Office, Data Section
II. Registration Fee: NT$150. (Exempt for low-income households and those whose direct lineal relatives receive unemployment benefits; please attach a copy of the supporting document.)
III. Registration Documents:
 (1) Students who have previously taken vocational education courses:
  1. Application Form A (Attachment 1 of the prospectus)
  2. Certificate of completion for vocational education courses (original + copy)
  3. Proof of award for participating in vocational skills competitions or achievement exhibitions organized by the city government (original + copy, not required if none)
  4. Proof of special achievements related to vocational education (original + copy, not required if none)
  5. Proof of special achievements in vocational education courses (not required if none).
 (2) Students who have never taken vocational education courses:
  1. Application Form B (Attachment 2 of the prospectus)
  2. Proof of low-income or middle-low-income household status (original + copy, not required if none)
  3. Copy of the average transcript for the first five semesters of the junior high school comprehensive activity domain
  4. Proof of special achievements related to vocational education (original + copy, not required if none)
