※ To ensure application materials are sent to each school district's admission committee before the deadline, please submit your application forms to the registration office by 1:00 PM on May 2nd (Tuesday).

III. Application Method:
1. Fill in the information online. Please refer to the attached operation manual.
2. Print the application form and have both the student and parent sign it.
3. Submit the application form, supporting documents (see table below), and documents related to the comprehensive ranking to the Academic Affairs Office Registration Section.
※ Please note: Once your application to change school districts is approved, you will not be able to participate in the admission process for the Taipei-Keelung area. Please evaluate carefully.

Remarks:
1. If you wish to attend a high school or vocational school outside of the Taipei, New Taipei, or Keelung cities, you must apply to change your school district and have it approved before you can individually apply for admission in that district.
2. If you are participating in specialized admissions (such as art classes, music classes, dance classes, sports classes, vocational program selections, etc.) or applying for cross-district general admissions for vocational high schools, you do not need to change your school district.
