I. Fill in registration information online:

※Before filling in your preferred school and department, please verify your personal basic information. If your personal information needs to be corrected, please bring relevant documents to the Registration Office for correction, and then select your preferred school and department.
Note: Each student is limited to applying for one school and one department (one school, one department).

II. Submit registration materials to the school:
3March 4 (Tuesday) before 1:00 PM, submit to the Academic Affairs Office Registration Section.
Graduating students can only register as a group through their current school. To protect your further education rights, please do not submit late.
1.Materials to submit:
The following documents should be submitted at the time of registration(Please print from the registration system), and collate them in order, place them in the student registration folder (do not seal, to facilitate stamping).
(1) Application Form: Print after filling in the written review supporting documents and selecting the schools and departments you wish to apply for in the registration system; affix one 2-inch photo, with your junior high school and name written on the back.
(2) Photocopies of supporting documents for special status students: Must be affixed to the "Photocopy Attachment Form for Special Status Student Registration Documents" (General students are exempt).
(3) Photocopy of Career Development Plan: Must be affixed to the "Photocopy Attachment Form for Career Development Plan".
(4) Written Review Checklist and Related Documents.
(5) Registration Folder: Please provide your own A4 kraft paper envelope. The cover of the folder should be printed from the registration system.
2.Registration Fee: NT$330 for general students, NT$132 for children of low-income households.
※ Children of low-income households or those whose direct lineal ascendants receive unemployment benefits are fully exempted from the registration fee (proof of eligibility must be submitted during school registration)..

III. Important Dates:
1.Mailing of Written Review Score Report: March 25, 114 (Tuesday) at 10:00 AM.
2.Skills Test: April 12, 114 (Saturday).
3. Mailing of Skills Test Score Report: May 6, 114 (Tuesday) at 10:00 AM.
4. Announcement of Results: June 13, 114 (Friday) at 9:00 AM, announced on the homepages of Tamsui Commercial Industrial Vocational High School and all admission schools' websites.
5. Reporting for admitted students: June 16, 114 (Monday) from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM.

※ Admitted students who wish to apply for other admission channels for the 114 academic year must, before 11:00 AM on June 17, 114, fill out the "Statement of Waiver of Admission Qualification for Reported Students" (Appendix 12 on page 83 of the prospectus) attached to the prospectus, and submit it in person by the student or parent to the admitted school to waive their admission qualification. Late submissions will not be processed. Students who do not waive their admission qualification according to regulations may not apply for other admission channels for this academic year.
