I. To promote and enhance public interest in learning Hokkien, with the goals of being engaging, lively, and relevant to daily life, the Ministry of Education has planned the aforementioned event. The animated film "Cells at Work! Special Edition: The Strongest Germs on Earth!" has been selected for screening events in the southern, central, and eastern regions of Taiwan, with one event held in each region. It is hoped that through diverse learning materials different from textbooks, the public will realize that "mother tongue learning" has always been intertwined with life, and it is also hoped that this will encourage more families to embark on new experiences of parent-child immersion, play, and learning in their mother tongue.
II. Please assist in informing teachers in your school who are interested in Hokkien, local language teaching support staff (support teachers), students, and others who wish to learn about local language-related knowledge to actively register.
III. The details of the aforementioned event are as follows:
(I) Southern Event:
1. Date: March 9, 113 (Saturday), 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM.
2. Location: 6th Floor, Wow Theater, Tainan Public Library New Main Library (No. 255 Kangqiao Blvd., Yongkang Dist., Tainan City).

(II) Central Event:

2. Location: 3rd Floor, Audiovisual Room, National Public Information Library (No. 100 Wukuan S. Rd., South Dist., Taichung City).
3. Registration Period: From 9:00 AM on February 10, 113 (Saturday) to 5:00 PM on February 18, 113 (Sunday). Registration will close early if full.

(III) Eastern Event:

2. Location: Citizen Lecture Hall, Yilan Li Keyong Memorial Library (No. 277 Yangming Rd., Yilan City, Yilan County).
3. Registration Period: From 9:00 AM on February 15, 113 (Thursday) to 5:00 PM on March 8, 113 (Friday). Registration will close early if full.

(IV) Each screening event will be followed by a medical-themed lecture. Participants who attend the entire lecture will receive 1 hour of in-service training credit for teachers, civil servant training, or lifelong learning.
