1. In accordance with the Ministry of Education's National and Preschool Education Administration's 112 academic year subsidy for local governments to promote outdoor marine education plan - Taipei City Government's overall plan.
2. To encourage teachers in Taipei City schools at all levels to develop diverse learning resources for Taipei City's characteristic venues, enrich educational implementation methods, and deepen teachers' and students' understanding of local culture through self-guided learning manuals, thereby enriching learning content.
3. The implementation methods of the aforementioned plan are as follows:
(1) Participants: Teachers (including substitute teachers, temporary teachers, teaching support staff, and intern teachers) employed in Taipei City schools are welcome to participate.
(2) Number of participants: Participation can be individual or in teams, with a maximum of 3 authors per work. Each participant can join the selection of up to 2 works.
(3) Work creation principles: Develop self-guided learning manuals in conjunction with the "Taipei Learning Venues" on the "Taipei Outdoor Education and Marine Education Center Website."

4. Submission deadline: From now until April 10, 113 (Wednesday) (postmark as proof of submission). Works (including CD-ROMs and written materials) can be submitted via contact box (092) or directly to Director Qiu Cheng, Office of Student Affairs, Wanxing Elementary School, Wenshan District, Taipei City.
