According to this city's114academic year's junior and senior high school student language competition implementation plan, Section 4, 6,( 5 )

Eligibility for additional recommended new students (recommended by the school where the student is currently enrolled in that educational stage as an "additional recommendation" to participate in this year's city finals, not occupying the school's original allocated quota, and limited to1time(s))):1.

New students in the 114 academic yearwho meet one of the following qualifications:(1) In the previous learning stage (grades 5.6 in elementary school or grades 7 to 9 in junior high school), they have won 1st to 6th place in the city/county competition (not limited to this city, other cities are also acceptable) for the corresponding group and item in the language competition. They may be additionally recommended to participate in the city finals for the corresponding language and item based on that award. For dynamic Mandarin events (speeches and readings), they will enter the "1st stage" of the city finals, while for static Mandarin events (calligraphy, composition, and character pronunciation/word formation) and all Taiwanese indigenous language events, they will enter a single-stage final. (Note: For Taipei City elementary schools' "Multilingual Competition," the project must have won "Excellence," and it must be noted as one of the top 6 places; "Merit" is not applicable).(2) In the previous educational stage (grades 1 to 6 in elementary school or grades 7 to 9 in junior high school), they won "Special Excellence" in the corresponding group and item of the National Language Competition. Depending on the competition item, they may be additionally recommended to participate in the "2nd stage" of the city finals for the corresponding language and item (all static Mandarin events and all Taiwanese indigenous language events are single-stage finals).

(2) 前一教育階段(國小1至6年級或國中7至9年級)獲得全國語文競賽該組該項目特優，依競賽項目得增額參加本市該語言該項目複賽「第2階段」（國語靜態項目及本土語文所有項目均為單一階段複賽）。

符合上述條件欲增額報名114年度語文競賽之新生，請備齊以下資料，並填妥表單如下：
