I. Activity Objective
To promote students' healthy physique through correct exercise, proper dietary habits, and lifestyle choices,
and to provide accurate and easy-to-follow methods
to cultivate healthy lifestyle habits in students and promote a healthy mind and body for life.
II. Organizer: Taipei City Government Department of Education

Nutrition Education Group, Neihu District Nanhu Elementary School, Taipei City
III. Target Audience: Currently enrolled students from elementary to high schools in the city. Those with a Body Mass Index (BMI) greater than the corresponding value for their age
can be encouraged by their schools to participate or can participate on their own.
IV. Registration Period: Monday, September 19, 2022, to Friday, October 7, 2022. Participants must complete the pre-activity body measurement within the aforementioned period
and log in on the website to calculate their Body Mass Index (BMI). Only those who confirm their eligibility and successfully register
will have completed their registration.

VI. Competition Period: Monday, October 10, 2022, to Sunday, December 4, 2022, for a total of 8 weeks.
VII. Body Measurement Period:
(1) Pre-test Period: Body measurement must be completed at the time of registration. Successful login on the activity webpage completes the pre-test.
(2) Post-test Period: Sunday, December 4, 2022. Participants must complete the post-activity body measurement by the aforementioned date and successfully log in on the activity webpage to complete the post-test.
